84’ x 136’ Building
• 84’ x 136’ building was constructed in 2023 as a hunting lodge, but it is also used for meetings and get-togethers.
• It features an indoor shooting range, a completely stainless-steel kill room for cleaning wild game, a lounge, office, kitchen, board room, washroom and large 8,400 sf storage area for: hobby cars, off-road recreational vehicles and equipment that features an 80’ long work bench with multiple TVs.
• The exterior is metal cladding with stone accent walls and wainscoting, and metal roofing. The exterior walls are made of 2x6x16 lumber, sitting on 12” foundation wall that sits 2’ above grade, which allows for a grand 18’ high ceiling in the building.
• The building features 6/12 flat bottom trusses spaced on 32” centers with 29 GA roof steel for the exterior roof cladding.
• The aesthetic highlight of this building is its main entrance featuring Douglas fir timber frames giving it a grand welcome to all visiting. The entrance has a covered porch overlooking the wooded area and providing a comfortable area to relax after a day of hunting.
• Upon entering the building, there is hardwood throughout the lounge and office area, and heated floors throughout the entire building. The lounge features decorative beams and hardwood floors and custom cabinetry to entertain a full kitchen.
