The client requested a clean barn with easy maintenance, horse safe & everything under 1 roof

The exterior mimics the dairy barn also built for the client the same year

The interior is bright & clean, with natural white ash T&G clad walls and white ceilings and exposed concrete floors

Accented with black steel framed dutch doors, stalls, & black rubber mats

Complete with a large indoor wash stall, groom stall, bathroom, tack room, feed room, mechanical room & covered hay / shavings storage

Entrance timber porch to allow the dutch doors to stay open on rainy days for ultimate airflow

2 overhead poly doors for optimal daylight and to seal well from the wind & precipitation

Ventilation system with exhaust fan to keep the barn air fresh in any season / weather, and ceiling fans to further increase with airflow
